The Atlanta Powerboat Club, formerly the Atlanta Hot Boat Club, is a group of family orientated boating enthusiasts. We enjoy getting away from our local area to explore new lakes and meet new boaters. There are no dues to pay, no stuffy meetings or by-laws to adhere to. All boaters will act under their own responsibility not the group’s. We do ask that everyone be courteous to accommodating hotels, restaurants and marinas, which give us special attention and try to support our needs.
For the trips, We will set up a block of reservations under the club’s name at discounted rates. However, it is each member’s responsibility to call the hotel, identify yourself as an Atlanta Powerboat Club member, and reserve their own room within the block. While on trips we enjoy a nice ride, some tie-up time, and pool/dock parties at night. Please be thoughtful and courteous with regards to language and actions when around children.
One final rule, No Illegal Substance will be tolerated on any club event, period. Now let's have some FUN! |
